Y.E.W. Project

The Youth Engaging Workplaces (Y.E.W.) Project is a twelve-week program that works with youth aged 16-24 in preparing, applying, and securing inclusive employment in their communities.

Eligibility for this Program:
  • aged 16-24 and a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or permitted to work in Canada.  
  • experiencing a barrier to employment whether it be physical, cognitive, mental, emotional, situational or environmental. 
  • ready, willing, and able to both participate in the program and to gain employment
The Y.E.W. Project Provides:
  • one-to-one coaching and support for youth that covers multiple employment skills
  • group and workshop presentations 
  • volunteer and employment opportunities integration with a new, inclusive and diverse social circle
