Going through tough times? Stress, anxiety and feeling down can affect anyone, and in fact happens to a lot of us at some point in our lives. We all have good days and bad days. However, if you are feeling sad, down or anxious and these feelings have started to affect what you would normally enjoy or do, then it's important to find out what's going on and what you can do about it.

Canadian Mental Health Association provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.

Centre for Suicide Prevention is an education centre, a centre of excellence, based in Calgary, Alberta. We are a branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association.

ConnecTeen is a confidential peer support service for youth in Calgary and area. We are a program of the Distress Centre.  Being a teen can be tough. You have more independence, responsibility, and stress as a teenager, and you probably have more questions too. We know there are some things you can’t talk to an adult about and there’s probably a lot of things your friends don’t get about you. We can connect you with a peer who understands your unique situation and can  help talk you though your issues. We don’t judge. We are here to listen. Our service is confidential so no one needs to know you contacted us.

Kids Help Phone is Canada's only 24/7 national service offering English and French professional counselling, information and referrals and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people.

Mind your Mind exists in the space wher mental health, wellness, engagement and technology meet. We work with community partners and young people aged 14 to 29 to co-create interactive tools an d innovative resources to build capacity and resilience.

Mood gym is like an interactive self-help book which helps you to learn and practice skills which can help to prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.

You can find specific health conditions, tips for health conditions, tips for healthy living, or locate a service. You can also learn about medications, tests and treatments.

Reach Out has been changing the way people access help since launching as the worlds' first online mental health service more that 20 years ago. Everything we create is based on the latest evidence and designed with experts, and young people or their parents. That's why our digital self help tools are trusted, relevant and easy to use.

Togetherall is a safe, online community where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Millions of people across Canada have free access through organizations, colleges and universities. Togetherall is free to all post-secondary students and those aged 16-29 in Nova Scotia, and all residents aged 16+ in Alberta.
